Does SheAligned replace my doctor?

No. SheAligned is designed to complement, not replace, clinical care. Our platform is built for future EHR integration and physician collaboration, enabling clinicians to interpret longitudinal physiologic data and intervene earlier when needed.


How does the VR component work?

SheAligned offers optional virtual reality experiences that combine meditation, breathwork, and calming natural environments. These experiences are designed to support nervous system regulation during or after hot flashes, periods of stress, or before sleep.
